This week the Husband has been away cycling through the Copper Canyon in Mexico. The Copper Canyon is located in the North West of Mexico and is said to be much larger than its friend the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
Thanks to technology, he has been in touch and although we miss him terribly we are quite excited to hear the stories and see the pictures from such an epic journey.
If he did not have the camera with him-I would have more to share about the goings ons here. Most notably, the painting of our house which now is a delicious red. The man that arrived to do the painting broke into loud and cheerful laughter when I showed him the swatch of color.
Must say, I was a bit nervous about it all. The exterior was so dreadfully boring prior to this week. So look forward to photos of the red house.
Meanwhile, the daughter schooled me in the proper and best manner in which to prepare a grilled cheese sandwich.
First, butter the slices.

Second, grill the bread slice butter side down with orange cheese on
top. Once cheese melts, add top sandwich (also buttered) and flip in
pan. The result is a terrific gooey grilled cheese sandwich. (I always jipped myself of the lavish butter ritual and now I know, tis' the secret).

Grilled cheese sandwich goes great with tomato and or avocado and of course potato chips....
