I admit that I am not the best groomer. I lost my razor almost 20 years ago while backpacking in India and have never bothered to shave since. I wash my hair (occasionally) with baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Pretty and good smelling beauty products make their way into my bathroom only to sit pondering their purpose.... I aspire to use them.
I really am not that much of a dirty hippie- I just don't think about it or have time for this type of business in my days...
All that being said, I think I found the perfect deodorant recipe (recipe credit HERE)
- 1/2 C Cornstarch
- 1/2 C Baking Soda
- 10 drops essential tea tree oil
MIX....smells great, feels good.....EASY to make and while applying a coat of mascara may be out of the question, I do have time to douse a bit of powder.
It was so fun to me you and the boys today.
I go between two different homemade deodorants that I have been meaning to post about. One is sprayable and the other is simular to yours, but uses arrowroot and coconut oil. In fact I think coconut oil is pretty great all by itself in a pinch.

Desi, It was so delightful to meet you. You are a creative and inspirational person. I feel like I could easily sit and chat with you all day. I really look forward to seeing you again! Do post about deodorants, I would love to know more about the spray one too!

I feel the same way about you too. It was really great meeting up we should do it again soon. I have bragged to more than one person about Beckett's recycling/garbage skills.
I just finished my post on deodorants.
