Hi, quick question, isn't Campari made with dye made from an insect? Cochineal? Or has that changed? Thanks!!! Keep up the great posting!

Sadly, it's true. See Amy Butler Greenfield's outstanding book, "A Perfect Red", about cochineal and the color red -- pg 244.
