This Friday night meal made me very happy. I had a delicious glass of wine in hand as I sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil.
Then I added tempeh.
Then I added BBQ sauce (Trader Joes Brand).
The BBQ Tempeh Tacos sat in a flour tortilla topped with cilantro and avocado. I blanched broccoli as a side dish and drizzled a tad of Balsamic Vinegar... YUM.
Look at all the stunning shades of green on the plate. A meal in a few minutes-another super bonus.
